Gently grab the center of the mirrored Eiffel Tower on the island and then pull it two times toward the angel on the cabinet, then two times toward the hot air balloon. Where's the hot air balloon?

The hot air balloon is on the way to the restroom. You should pull and release the tower two times toward the angel and then two times toward the hot air balloon. If nothing happens then
find a hole at the very bottom of the island, near the floor that is pointing toward the hot air balloon. It is a tiny round hole, shove the end of a wooden spoon into the hole a few times and watch what happens.
