The Bell is in the air near the corner of the room.  Take the round jewels and throw

 them at the bell, hitting the bell at leas three times in a row.

If nothing happens after striking the bell numerous times,  follow the red curtain down from the bell all the way to the floor and push a button behind the red curtain at the base of the wall and floor.   Please do not pull out the red curtain.
