We are a small, close-knit team in search of individuals who are friendly, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to our growing company. We are looking for 2-3 fun, artsy, cleanliness loving people to be our associates. 2-4 days a week alternating with another person based on schedule needs. Must work well with a team, have care for others, and have care for your work.

Position: Home Cleaning, Curator, and Light Maintenance Associate

Compensation:
W2 paid $18 per hour, potential $2 raise after 90 day review, part-time, with additional monthly bonuses and potential for tips. Potential for paid vacation days.
OR
1099 paid $70 per room, per turn, with additional monthly bonuses and potential for tips.

Hours Needed: PART TIME, 6 TO 20 hours per week, between 11am- 4pm, WE NEED WEEKEND PEOPLE!

Job Location: Romantic Adventure Getaways, Hillsboro, OH

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to the turnover checklist and perform detailed home cleaning efficiently.
• Assist with light maintenance using tools like staple guns, hot glue guns, and drills.
• Follow verbal instructions and willingness to problem solve.
• Learn and reset riddles and clues for specific projects.
• Utilize iPad apps for communication and task management.
• Inspect and clean tunnels, trap doors, and slides.
• Embrace high-quality work standards.

Requirements:

• Friendly team player with mobility for tight spaces.
• Familiarity with light tools.
• Accurate follow-through on instructions.
• Comfortable using iPad apps (Alexa, Google Sheets).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Prioritize sanitation and guest experience.
• Respect drug and tobacco-free zones.
• Reliable scheduling adherence.
