If the key didn't work or you can't get the wine box open. Have your partner try.

Stick a spoon in the golden rose vase infront of the armoire on a table, near the round cake bed.   If nothing happens scroll down.  

If nothing happened.  Pull out the bottom cabinet and be sure to turn off BOTH utility strips.
